Handmade with passion and hand selected with experience, BelGioioso Master Cheesemakers present the Artigiano® Balsamic and Onion Cheese Wedge. Artigiano® means “Artisan” in Italian. Artigiano® cheese is crafted using home grown cultures that have been developed over decades to achieve a flavor palette all its own. This cheese is pleasantly nutty and sweet with a delicate crystalline, yet creamy texture. Artigiano® is produced in small batches and cured using proprietary, artisanal methods. The Artigiano® Balsamic and Onion Cheese Wedge is rubbed with aged balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy and cipolline onions from Calabria, Italy. Featuring a creamy and crumbly texture, the cheese combines sweet vinegar and soft Italian onion flavors.
